These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yusra app ("Yusra", "we", "us"), operated by Fahim Bin Zahur. By downloading or using Yusra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using Yusra
Yusra is an audio-first Islamic bedtime app for children, intended for use by a parent or guardian who sets up and supervises the experience. You agree to use Yusra for personal, non-commercial, family purposes and not to misuse, copy, redistribute, or attempt to extract its content.
Content
All stories, du'as, lessons, audio, and artwork in Yusra are provided for educational and devotional purposes and are reviewed for authenticity. Content is provided "as is" for general benefit and is not a substitute for individual religious guidance from a qualified scholar.
Subscriptions & billing
- Yusra Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered at $59.99 per year, beginning with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; you will be notified of changes as required.
Cancellations & refunds
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms and applicable law. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Intellectual property
Yusra and its content, branding, and the Hudhud character are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app, no ownership is transferred.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Yusra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, note changes in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
